Foley
Constructed in 2017 our Foley project showcased sophisticated dark tones, concrete render feature fireplaces offset with stunning western red cedar accents.
The brief was to develop the 600 sqm, irregular shaped site which was situated at the end of a cul de sac. A not so straightforward project which required clever planning and design to maximise its development potential. The intelligent use of angles, a moody sophisticated colour palette and double height void overlooking the dining area created the feeling of space and scale to this project.
Delhi
Situated in the bayside suburb of Bentleigh this site was purchased off market and below market value through our agent network. Our team proceeded to asses the feasibility of the site and ascertain its development potential. The site threw up many planning, design and engineering challenges due to the large drainage easement but with clever and industrious work from our design team we received town planning approval for two 29sq 4 bedroom townhouses.
A successful project given the timeline of 18 months from acquisition to settlement of sales and returning well 25% profit on total development cost.
Latham
One of our first and arguably one of our favourite projects. In 2009 our client came to us looking to develop the property with the intention to live in one townhouse and raise a family.
The brief was to design and build a duplex that stood out from the crowd yet felt like a home and our team absolutely nailed it. With an abundance of light from the vast glazing in the living areas, the solid Sydney Blue Gum flooring against the hardwood windows and doors, and the skillion roof which accentuated the scale of the master suite, these townhouses truly felt like a place to call home.
Hill
Making use of GRZ planning scheme our team designed these three gorgeous contemporary executive townhouses.
Each home was comprised of 3 beds, 2 baths, double garages with generous internal living areas and outdoor space.
This project required meticulous planning and creativity to maximise the site’s development potential. We ensured the residences would appeal to their bayside market with a generous sized floorplan, modern facade and double garages whilst complying with the planning scheme requirements of private open space, green space, boundary setbacks and neighbourhood character.
The planning permit was issued within 5 months of submission without requiring amendments to the original design.
